The master suite (upstairs) has a king size bed and it’s own private master bathroom.
The second master suite (downstairs) has a king size bed, an air mattress in the closet, and it’s own private master bathroom.
The third bedroom (upstairs) offers a queen bed with its own large, private patio.
The fourth bedroom (upstairs) has a queen sized bed, and a nicely appointed bathroom.
The fifth bedroom (upstairs) has a bunk bed with an XL Twin over Queen.
When it is time to relax and go in the hot tub, grab a robe and towel, and head down to the 7 person hot tub overlooking the gorgeous view. You are also welcome to take these to the hot springs and save yourself the steep rental fees.
When it’s time to play games, watch the big game or a movie, the living room is the perfect spot! You will enjoy the large flat screen TV, with Directv, and plenty of comfortable seating. We just got Starlink internet which is amazing compared to what we’ve had here! There are many areas to enjoy a quiet and relaxing cocktail or glass of wine while taking in the spectacular views.
The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to cook your meals at home. With stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you may need to cook a delicious meal.
The location is ideal for guests who feel like exploring Glenwood Springs as you are located just a short 10 minute drive to downtown Glenwood Springs and the following activities: hot springs pool, vapor caves, adventure park and caverns, river rafting trips, restaurants, shopping, golf and much more! All wheel drive vehicles / 4 x 4’s are highly recommended from October through May. I recommend having your own vehicles as you are about a ten minute drive on the 70 to the downtown area and local attractions.
Ride Glenwood Springs (RGS) is the name of the local bus service. RGS buses operate daily at 30 minute intervals, from 6:53 a.m. to 7:53 p.m. The RGS buses circulate between the Glenwood Springs Mall and the Roaring Fork Marketplace, with many stops in between.
